I would advise against using forumatic, invisionfree, etc; you can’t install mods on these and they limit some features. Use 000webhost and install phpBB/MyBB/whatever manually. I can help you with that.

As for your Google question, you’ll just need to wait for Google to index your site. Normally, you need to use the Google webmaster tools to upload their verification file to the server.

You can actually make yourself more known to Google if you want. Generally, be a massive dickhead and spamfest the entire internet with links to your website. The Crawlers will pick up on your scent soon enough.

If you want a hosting thing for free, you could use ueuo.com. They not only provide this short domain name, but other unobtrusive domains too. I made 2 sites including a mock-wiki and a prank on my friend:

benjiworld.ueuo.com
And
notawiki.ueuo.com

They have ads on the index page, but you can just redirect the main page to a sub page (like index.php/home) like my wiki.
Oh and they're made out of pure boredom, so don't expect much...

Go ask her out to do something fun. Simple things like getting ice cream or going out for a cup of coffee will be fine. Casual, you know. If you like each other, you'll be sure to find something to talk about eventually. I know a couple who got together half a year after they first met and only on the third time that they did - it may take time, is what I mean to say; don't push it, don't make yourself or her feel uncomfortable.

But most of all: don't look for advice in places like these from people like me. Just be yourself. If you're yourself and she doesn't like you, she's no good for you.
