I just demonstrated its use.
 
There is a giant Dango, but unlike the other two giants, it's just scaled up and pixellated (except for the glowing eyes in the version that has them).

Also, Fif--Santa, how did you change your username? I've been walking through the UCP (User Control Panel) There's a username, but it won't let me change it.

On slow/glitchy connections, it can appear that the message isn't posting when it actually already has, so one may be tempted to press the Submit button a second time. That's how it happens.
 
Ah... Wait, so pressing the submit button multiple times before redirecting you to the other page posts it twice?
 
Well, usually it gets caught by the "someone else has posted before you" thing, but yes, pressing "Submit" multiple times can result in the message being posted multiple times.
