I enjoyed Rayman legends. It's refreshing and no over done like zombies (With the exception of last of us, that game was brilliant), call of duties, halos etc. It's good to know that rayman brought back intense platforming. But dat ending. Alot of unanswered questions.

I spent hours and hours and even called in "sick" for a few days off work and played rayman legends non-stop. When you unlock the living dead party, the last picture looked freakishly like a boss...a boss none other then Mr Dark lol. So that motivated me to save all the teensies and avoid all the forum commotions of any hint. When I finally saved all 700 teensies, I rushed to the undead party to find that the cloaky shadow of darkness.. is another skin. Really? LOL I'M DONE. I'm done.

Why would you guys put that skin selection there!? WHY?! Especially in a peculiar shape. It made me think ubisoft was counting on us to believe Mr Dark has returned this game but left no trace of hints or anything at all in rayman legends?! And someones got to be the brains of the dark teensies lol. They just look like peons working up for a bigger scheme!!!

Did anyone else feel trolled by it? Or did you know right away that was another skin to unlock?

I don't remember if it is an interview, I just remember that there was a guy showing lots of concept art. Then at the very end Michel Ancel appeared showing concept images of the olympus world, featuring lots of crazy creatures, and there was a mansion in the night too. Not like a haunted mansion, but like a real luxury mansion. It was a truly beautiful world.

Kind of in the style of Megaman where you can choose what boss you want to fight first or last, only problem being, once all those bosses were defeated, they allowed you to fight a final climatic boss, which is what RL should have done.
Kind of like Ducktales Remastered (Which came out just a little bit before Rayman Legends), which lets you do all the worlds in whatever order you like except the last one?

Yes, but there's still going to be one that you have fight last.

I havent tried that because I was playing levels and worlds in right order but I don't see why not. Unless you don't have enough Teensies rescued.

Well, at least the final boss is better than the mechanical robots with recycled gameplay from Rayman Origins (Seriously, it could have been better if only it had Mecha-Murray and Mecha-Chef too).

Isn't Mecha-Murray one of the bosses in this game?

Nope. It's just a Mechanical version of the red Sea Dragon from the box art. They look similar, though.

At least there is no final-final boss like Big Mama in Origins.

I can feel with you. I just thought the last skin was something like Mr. Dark but I guess they just went over with the original Rayman themes.

Making Mr Dark playable would kill everything that people like about him. Can you imagine Mr Dark jumping around, breaking cages and getting hurt by Darktoons? I can't think of a worse way to use the character.

You said it all. I can't especially think in him collaborating with Rayman...

Is Mr Dark still relevant to people that aren't us?

Aside from Razorbeard, he was the biggest villain and a native from the Glade of Dreams. Knowing the way how R1 canonically ended, I can't see why he wouldn't return.
