Bonus levels can be unlocked with them,and there are up to five bonus levels, that's all the information I could find.

After a bit of time I realized I don't know the answer, since I got all Murfy stamps EXCEPT one, and I unlocked all levels listed on RayWiki, and since Haruka didn't say OCG's " bonus levels answer' was incorrect, I think i'll go with:
It doesn't unlock anything if you get all of them.
