I dont have screenshots but you first see them in Begoniax Swamp, just look up in the sky and they float around. Scary.

Oh, really? Well I just said that location because it's easy to see them at the very beginning of the level but I didn't know they were in Fairy Council as well.
 
It doesn't exactly stand out, but once I saw it in TFC and thought "Whoa, isn't that the thing from the Bog of Murk?"
