Abe makes way more sense to me, despite being third party now it would make sense given he's known mostly as a playstation icon.

Yes, from what I know he was planned to be a DLC but was scrapped along with other DLC character from The Legend of Dragoon.
 
Hmm, Rayman's not really had any voiced dialogue for quite some time. He's usually just got grunts. I think the trailer would have been better if it was done silently, like how the Villager's trailer went.
 
I also think that voice acting was not needed. Trailer would look more realistic that way. Also I think he should have included less footage from other games and more Smash gameplay
 
I found Rayman out of character in there but I like the animation effort the fan did, even though it is not perfect.
 
Rayman community may I have your attention, please? I have labored many days and nights completing this for our fellow limbless hero, the concept of his FINAL SMASH! The stage presented here is the Omega version of Rayman's 3DS stage; "Glade of Dreams (Origins)".

"Once Rayman breaks open the Smash Ball the player must get really close to opponents to unleash a horde of ferocious Darktoons. Once the Darktoons entrap their victims, they will begin gnawing at them, increasing the opponents' damage count. Rayman sees the errors of his ways and decides to get rid of these nightmares. But not by himself. Rayman calls his friends to lend him a hand or two to vanquish the Darktoons. Rayman and friends lay down one heck of a beating to those vile nightmares, but it seems you take out the other Smashers on the stage as well. Oops."

This is one of the many things I have been drawing for potential ideas if Rayman were to get in. My main purpose of this was to get Rayman a balanced representation of both old and new games. I've seen so many ideas neglect the newer games that it is outright shameful. And so I feel it's up to me to connect both eras together so Rayman can have a great representation in Super Smash Bros. if he were to be DLC. So please leave feedback, I labored endlessly to presnt this to you guys. Thank you and see ya.
 
Nice one, but I think it would be better to be a super charged punch, as it's in almost all Rayman games :p

I'm betting on those two, but I really don't like the transformation Final Smashes. They don't seem as cool to pull off like the other Final Smashes. But I still think the Moskito FS is one of the better ideas I heard.
