The You Game!

Alright, so <'s order was shipped a couple of hours ago using DPD 2 day shipping. Maybe < will get it by Saturday assuming they work that day (which < assumses they will with Christmas around the corner). < can't even compare a TN panel with a VA in terms of picture quality and while OLED is clearly superior, < will be getting a TV like that instead of buying a ridiculously expensive monitor for no reason, while VA actually looks pretty nice.

< hasn't seen that snowfall yet as < only joined in February, but < would like to see it now that ^ mentioned it. :noel:

< played darts with <'s father for the first time in ages. < did awful, though < did manage to get the odd decent score here and there, and < had fun. :)

< is wondering if < should make something for <‘s aunt’s Christmas Party on Monday. Well even if < isn’t, < is sure to have a great time! :D

< has woken up with some raging heartburn.

On the bright side, the lithium grease for <'s Dreamcast GD-ROM drive is arriving today. :)

< has a bad feeling about the unofficial christmas banner for Some reason.

< might be going today with <'s mother to get a bank account. < isn't really interested in one anymore, to be honest.

It's probably never going to be quiet, but < would rather have the drive lubricated instead of the plastic gears just grinding themselves away to nothing. The PS2 could probably do with some too.

< agrees with your point.

< applied the white lithium grease to the rails and plastic gears. The Dreamcast is still a little loud as < expected, but it doesn't sound as unhealthy anymore.

Nah but < can prolong the lives of them by servicing them and whatnot. < will feel much better about playing the Dreamcast now that it isn't just plastic gears grinding and plastic grinding against metal. :P

< should do the same with <'s NTSC PS2 as it makes a really loud noise every time < finishes a level in Rayman 1, where the laser returns to its original starting position. < assumes it's the grinding thing again, though it also freezes up sometimes and then starts going again when < opens the tray, as if it froze from trying to read the music.

The penultimate racing and overall event in Burnout 3 is just so hard for <! It's with the US Circuit Racer which is basically a red Formula 1 2004 car but it's much lighter, very easy to crash into walls with it while drifting since it's sensitive to that, slows down to a cent when touching walls and it's also very fast and overall uncontrollable. If you've played FlatOut 2, it's like the Flatmobile except it's a bit slower than that but not that slower and they have a lot of things in common. I think the best way to describe the US Circuit Racer (which I loathe by the way) is this quote from the Flatoutgame Wiki:

"So light and easy to break, so fast, hard to handle."

This quote is very true for both the Flatmobile and the US Circuit Racer. But < will give that World Grand Prix with the US Circuit Racer a shot today even though < hates that car and < will try to be extra careful with that car and see how it goes.

< wonders if anyone else has seen the advert for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and heard how much the guy overreacts as he lies and screams "EVERYONE IS HERE!!!"?

Also, < can only say that hopefully ^ can patch things up with ^'s parents.

Things are alright now. It is just that < was getting comfortable on this computer and <'s mother came out of nowhere and bombarded < by ordering < to put lotion on <'s skin even though < did that already and it went on like that for a couple of minutes. Very annoying...

Out of boredom, < has made zany joke signatures of <'s own.

That's nice to hear. :)

< understands how annoying it can be when you keep being asked to do the same thing like 10 times.

< has made a new banner just in case they do go ahead with the contest, < based the new one on Riding The Storm from Rayman Origins.

< hopes we can do it just for something different and it's only temporary too. < just thinks the new one makes more sense instead of having too much colour etc. because it won't go nice in contrast with RPC that way. < can really only submit one entry, so < might be better going with the new one.

<'s "bestest" friend had arrived for a short visit today and we played a short multiplayer "VS race" match of 8 races in Mario Kart Wii via dolphin before he had to leave. :D
< enjoyed it very much and the controls to configure were not too confusing since we worked together to arrange them all. :D
< placed first while <'s friend placed third!!

This is definitely the best part of <'s day!!!
