Fourth edition of the posts in a day record

Looks like it's September then. Can we get a solid date down for when it is, so then everybody knows when to come, soon?
 
If you plan on posting a lot but are not available for one of those dates, please say it here, so that we can make the right decision :)

Could someone maybe tell me the time when PC is least active on record day?
 
Since we have a lot more active Europeans than Americans lately (don't ask me why), it may not be very active from 3-4 AM to 8-9 AM. But there will still be people posting, that's for sure!
 
I might not be available on the 19th because it's my friend's birthday and she might be holding a party of some sort. The other dates seem fine though.
 
It seems for me it is going to be next week, I just hope that a sudden thing doesn't happen that stops me from posting on that day.
