I would if those idiot parents stopped forcing me to turn off my computer!

- I can't believe someone can hate their family so much :tssk:
I’m just tired of not having enough freedom. My parents are way too fucking strict!
Ah, parents turning off the computer before 11pm! I used dealing with such a dictatorship as well when I was younger and they were always telling it was for my good which pissed me off! I found a solution so I can get back to the computer one hour after. So yeah, it's easily understandable: I wasn't sleeping till midnight and then I was walking discreetly to the computer to power it on back and playing Rayman 1 on it. Too bad for me I once banged the door with my head unintentionally because as you know I wear glasses so lurking in the dark isn't a thing I love that much. I thought I didn't woke up my father and mother because I didn't see them coming in after a few minutes so I came to my computer as usual and I have sit on my SpongeBob chair. Damn Fifo, my man, I had so much good and bad memories where I was sitting on my SpongeBob chair! 10 minutes after my father has put his hand on my shoulder and I quickly understood what was about to happen... Yeah, you're right, he took me to the garage without making any noise and he beat the shit out of me with a set of jumper cables.

+ I finally get to see one for myself! Best day ever! :D
+ At last, I've created my own wikipage! :)
- For some reason though, the j in my username is in lowercase, I wonder how that can be fixed?

+ You and I seem to have something in common. I do the same thing in that situation but it's a phone and not a computer.

+ You and I seem to have something in common. I do the same thing in that situation but it's a phone and not a computer.

+ Same thing, when I was a kid I used to sneak into the room my computer, my consoles, etc. were in at the dead of night and play.
+ Sometimes I even swipe my games from my parents when they were taken away during weekdays so I could play. Heeheehee :bad:
- I never cared whether I got punished or not, I was such a rebel back then.
+ Learning about emulators was the best day of my life, as I didn't have to worry about having my stuff taken away anymore.
+ Still prefer the real things though.

+That being said about emulators..

+ What are the hidden meanings for emulators to be created for purposes other than not needing a console to play a game for that particular missing console?

+ I used to do that sometimes too but my dad was strict so I used to play the GameBoy, DS or PSP. They'd never know :D
+ My mother would wonder why I wouldn't get up despite going to bed early

+ That...is a very good question.

- Lucky, sometimes I'd get caught.
+ My parents still wonder these days why I go to sleep as soon as i get home in the morning
+ They hardly know that I still have a habit of staying up late. 8)
+ Though I don't even sleep that late anymore!

- I'm a lazy fecker but then again I stay up until 5-6am and get up about 2pm :P

+ Those were very common times for me to wake back in college
- Sometimes I slept right through times where I was supposed to be in class
+ Same, but I like being a lazy bugger. It's a wonderful thing, m8. :hap:
- I mean, once I get a job, that part of me is over. :?

+ I'm getting an original Xbox with double the RAM (128mb vs 64mb) and a CPU upgrade (1.4GHz vs 733MHz) this week :hap:
+ I wonder how that will run Rayman 3 :D
+ I also wonder if I could make the game run in 720p but the GPU might not handle it still

+ Nice! :)
- The forum is extremely quiet right now... :mefiant:

– Reinstalling Windows 98 has F’d up the GRUB bootloader, resulting in me not being able to access my RedHat9 install.
+ I’ve managed to fix it :)

Code:
boot: linux rescue
once booted
Code:
# chroot /mnt/sysimage
# /sbin/grub-install /dev/hda
