Pluses (+) and minuses (−) of this day

+/- There's this too

- Every version of the music on the internet has the changing instrument making me wonder what the real game does.
+/- Most people wouldn't notice that stuff but I'm a perfectionist with music

+/- I hadn't listened to it if I'm being honest I just heard it on the GBC game I was playing and showed you the Raytunes track, but now that i've heard the Raytunes track itself, yeah the sound channels are missing. Why though?

- Same as the emulator and I guess the answer is that the track was ripped with the emulator.
+ I'm actually going to use my real GBA to record the songs and if it sounds static then I'm going to mod my GBA to make it sound better.
+ I guess we want perfect Raytunes tracks :P

EDIT: I mean when I get the game of course ;)

+ That's similar to the problem with the soundtracks in Rayman DS.
Despite it being a different port from the N64 version, the soundtracks sound somewhat "incomplete".

Could it be the developers just being plain lazy with the music? I've heard that it is possible.

+ Since thanks to you I got the VBA with the sound intact, I might try ripping the tracks off these games myself. I just need to teach myself how first though.
+ You're probably right they were definitely ripped with an emulator.

+/- It's a possibility about the devs, but the odd thing is Raytunes it missing sound effects and the emulator is changing the other sound.
+/- The fact that one emulator is missing the sound along with Raytunes and others aren't but have undesired effects still just has me wondering.
+ Maybe you're right as I've heard the effect changing thing in Streets Of Rage 2 in a track from it.

- That still doesn't explain Raytunes literally having the channel missing completely though unfortunately :?

+ That's easy enough, but the emulators are inaccurate sometimes so that's what we need to test for. I'm thinking real hardware would be best for these 8 bit ones especially.

+ I know emulators sound clearer and have no chance of static or interference. Then they're the easiest choice.
- But we need to know it accurate.
+/- Have you noticed whatever emulator Haruka used (and VBA 1.8.0 before you break the channel by ducking) has really loud drum effect sounds compared to the new VBA-M one?

+ Yup, the drums are loud. But I wonder if that's how it's supposed to be?
+ I'll test the rest of the game and see.

- We have no way of knowing for sure without the real game and real hardware :(

+ I'll be buying the games next week though :D

+ I'm hoping for a nice sleep right now :hap:
+ Yeah we're gonna figure this out :proud:

+ My recent walkthrough videos have been completed! :)
+ Just need to upload them next.
