- Routine work today.
+ I slept much earlier than usual, though I almost overslept.
- 1 hour shy of 8 though.....heh heh
 
+ That sleep thing is just a myth. There are people who need less sleep and there are others who need more.
+ And I can confirm this because I need 10 hours of sleep for example.

- I forgot to mention my reflux is especially kicking the crap out of me today. Who wants to have a burning abdominal pain and feel like getting sick anyway :lol:
