I think Rayman does the "air guitar" right handed at the end of Dragon Slayer and Granny's World Tour.
 
Yeah they're the only ones. The others he plays air guitar in, he does so left handed. It's the same in the 8 bit versions of those levels, but since they're just different variants of the same stages, the answer is good enough.

Question 19: Which main series games have a knife which can harm the player?
 
One I know of is Rayman 1, Atari Jaguar, in Mr. Dark’s Dare. I’m not sure whether it can harm Rayman, though.
 
Rayman Legends has dangerous knives all through "Fiesta de los muertos"
I remember you had to run into these giant fruits with the knives poking in and out.

Rayman Origins and Legends (I know this one because Origins has those knives in Gourmand Land coming out of the walls)
 
Let's see here... Rayman Legends, Rayman Origins. idk if Mr. Dark's Dare even had knives I know for sure that Origins and Legends have knives. Maybe Rayman 1 also had knives somewhere idk
