- Beginning to think I'm legitimately depressed
- waking up every morning and struggling to get to work
- also falling behind with work
+ I had a break last week that did help a little
- but I really am struggling with getting back into the swing of things

Reminds me of my last few months at work. I made the mistake of not getting myself diagnosed. Don't not do it.

I'm inclined to try, but the last time I looked at getting help for anxiety and depression, I just got given group sessions in CBT. Can't say it's really helped too much...but I feel like I might have to try again.

+ At least I've got my appetite, I had a spell earlier where I just didn't even feel like eating.
 
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I’ve been informed that my therapist is going to be losing her job in 6 weeks due to the department closing so she’s job hunting for a new job.
- Add to that the distractions I have irl at the moment and I just don’t have time to start things I should have started earlier this week. :oops2:
- I hope my stress doesn’t start spiking between now and April 18th. Or even afterwards.
 
---- I was informed mid-stream that one of the family cats was (most likely) being put down tomorrow. Hang tight, Max!

EDIT : apparently he's just having some respiratory issues and antibiotics should do the trick. Hurray! Sir Max will outlive us! (He should, anyway : he's the sweetest cat there ever will be and despite his age he's quite the athlete)

+ Spent yesterday afternoon scrubbing our bathroom to a shine. Oddly relaxing and therapeutic to clean up the grime bit by bit.

+ Went to the coffee shop and got a bite to eat with my brother to try something new on their menu to reward myself. I also blended a smoothie for everyone when we got back home.

-/+ The smoothie was very stubborn to blend but it turned out delicious! :bigup:

- My upper arms and legs, as well as most of my back, are really sore due to all the cleaning yesterday. I'll have to take it easy. I'm in no condition to record that playthrough I've been working on for WP, so it'll be on hold until I heal this off. :sad:

+ Was amused to find last night that I have the exact same pfp on my Switch as Steo does. Literally right down to the same blue background color. And I have like, 5 accounts on my Switch for games. That's a hilarious coincidence :lol:

Also about greengoop; the reason he made me mad is because he said things were bad because he was bad at them. He was bad at R3 and said it was bad, the guy even said CLH was bad and HE DIDNT EVEN WATCH THE SHOW! Plus he unironically called himself a grammar n@z!so that’s also… a choice.
