Re: How do you sleep?
Now that I have a wound, I want day to end faster so I go around 23:30-00:00
When normal, I usually sleep around 01:30-03:00
I wake up usually around 10:00-11:00

Usually wake up at 7:30 - 7:45 to get ready for college, though I tend to wake up 8:00 - 9:00 on weekends if I've had one late night too many, otherwise, I can manage to wake up at 7:00.

Re: How do you sleep?
*bump*
It's incredibly difficult for me to wake at an early hour, as there is a large time difference as to when I get up on weekdays versus when I get up on weekends.
I generally fall asleep on my side, though I move around, so I'm not in any particular position. That sounded more awkward then I thought it would!

Hm, I tend to have it so that my feet are always covered by my blanket, and I prefer a cool blanket to a warmer one.
Re: How do you sleep?
These days, I need to sleep on side.

That scar of yours, hm?
Hm, I tend to twist about, so I kind of alternate between sides and back.

Re: How do you sleep?
My sleep schedule's rather fucked up. I usually always go to sleep late and wake up either late or early depending on my mood and if I have school or not. Though, it it's rarely a problem for me as I'm usually often tired no matter when I go to sleep or how much of it I get. In fact, I feel much more exhausted if I go to sleep at a "normal" time. When not having a school day, I'll go to sleep at about one A.M. and wake up at eight, after that I'll have breakfast and either go back to sleep or stay awake - usually latter, lately. On school days, I try to go earlier for the sake of not having my parents bitch at me, but I usually go to bed at the same time or around thirty-ish or more minutes earlier. Eleven-fifteen-ish P.M. is really my minimum when it comes to my hitting the sack time.
Re: How do you sleep?
My sleep is actually totally messed up since a year, but even more since a month, I have lost all pattern, and only sleep when tired, including during the day.
Re: How do you sleep?
My sleep (or lack thereof) has been dreadful for the last month. I'm currently coming out of a huge domestic break-up and, despite being naturally a very strong person, am finding life extremely difficult. I'm truly a broken, broken man.
Re: How do you sleep?
Feel for ya dude, know that feeling. Hope you will find someone that makes your hearbeat like before.
Re: How do you sleep?
My sleep has been problematic for a while when I moved to Lyon, but now that I have a cat to stabilize me, I move a lot less and I find myself sleeping a lot better.
Back at my parents I was used to sleep with one or two cats on my bed and they prevented me to move at night.
It may change again since I'll soon get a king size bed. Maybe the extra space will allow me to move again without kicking the cat. Wait and see, I guess.

Re: How do you sleep?
I almost always sleep no earlier than 5, both on holiday and school days. I'm able to wake up at 8 to get to school but I'm always a little late it seems, but on the weekend I'd wake up after midday.
I can't really sleep on my side but I'm not comfortable on my back, so I tend to find myself dozing off on my side until I get uncomfortable, then I fidget to the other side etc. until I somehow fall asleep and wake up to find I'm sleeping on my back.

Re: How do you sleep?
On vacations, I go to sleep at 12 pm and sometimes wake up late only because of fatigue or "intense dreams",sometimes I like to wake up earlier, probably at 8 to get an opportunity to do what I want before the day is through. I like to lie down on the pillow that is placed on any side on the bed, not the middle, funny how my mother sees me doing that and assumes that I am "practising".
On school days, wakes up at 6 am in order to take the bus. But even though I wake up at that kind of time, the bus service is so terrible so I end up getting to school late, but only happened a few times. I usually sleep at 7 or 8 pm or later depending homework conditions. If it is too early, I lie down with the iPod and earphones in my ears and listen to music until I fall asleep but when I am tired, I pretty much don't need it at all.
That's how I sleep.

Not quite, I nap a lot during the day on school days so I'd think it's more like 5 or 6 hours on averageKeane wrote:You sleep 3 hours a day![]()

Re: How do you sleep?
Well, usually I stay on the computer until around 12:30 in the morning before heading to bed. I toss and turn a lot, especially when I'm struggling to get to sleep. Sometimes I like to fantasize about the future. Most of the time I wake up at 9:00-10:00, if it's earlier, I go right back to sleep.

Re: How do you sleep?
I end up getting to sleep anywhere between 1:30 and 4 in the morning, and I wake up at 8:30 for work. I honestly can't tell a difference between 4 and 8 hours of sleep half the time, it's fucked. On the weekend I'll sleep around the same time and wake up whenever I do, usually around 11.
As for posture, I like sleeping on my back, but if I don't put a pillow or something under my back, I tend to wake up sore as I have a pretty pronounced lumbar curve.

Re: How do you sleep?
h h eh ... here I am... weighing in finally....
Ok, so, contrary to popular belief I DO have a sleep pattern, just not a healthy one. I usually go to bed anywhere between 7:30am-8:30am, and I wake up from 11:30am-2:30pm. It's pretty awful when it comes to timing things, but I deal. Besides, I do art better when it's night time (this doesn't mean I can't during the day, but, you get me.)
I like to sleep on my side. Namely, my right side. RARELY do I sleep on my back, but when I do it's way comfier.
