I actually think there is three different voice actors: In most of the Rayman games it is Douglas Rand, in Rayman Junior it is Gérald Loussine and in the PS version of the original game it is someone else..
 
It's just the question is too difficult. After two and a half weeks of hopeless guesses let's move onto another question...
 
There were three. The PAL R1 voice, the NTSC R1 voice, and the Rayman Junior voice...

What (collectable) items are found in the Dreamcast version of Rayman 2, but are not found in any other version?

Well the Echoing Caves level is somewhat changed in Revolution but I'm not sure if it compts.
