I got a better score on HHQ in R3 and when I submitted my score in the Hall of Fame, it no longer showed up, and I've lost about 3500 tings!
Does anyone know what's going on?

Did you try to just submit the score again? And why did you double-post here AND in the Rayman 3 thread?

I posted in the R3 thread, and here bc this the thread I'm on the most.
Also, typed it in like 5 times, it turns out I was typing the "=" as the plus symbol :oops2: :fou:

Glad you got this sorted out!

And as long as we're on the subject - here's one opinion that will probably be REALLY unpopular:

The combo system of Rayman 3 for scoring is a nuisance, and the competition of replaying levels ad nauseam to get an ever higher score is annoying.

I get why that could be annoying, as you could mess up a combo, and as a result, the whole level.
Personally I find it to be a lot of fun, but I get why someone wouldn't. :D

Here's another unpopular opinion: Rayman 3 GBA is a good game.

Actually, I think there would be quite a few people who would agree on one or both of those points (I actually agree on both points). Though I suspect dr_st was joking...

I'm not sure, you could be right. Although it can be hard to tell what is sarcasm and what is not through text sometimes.

It's true, I could be wrong, and if it was a bad assumption, my apologies. ;)

That being said, I'm serious though when I said R3 GBA is a good game. It's actually decent compared to the other original handheld games out there

Well yes, that's because I gave a lot of Tings away to a good friend of mine :)
Unfortunately, I overshot it and went past the rank I wanted (which was Joe)

I’ve only played r3 a handful of times so I can’t really answer that :oops2:

Rayman 3 could have used a quicksave feature, I'll say that much! If it had, it probably wouldn't have taken over a decade for players to reach 900k. I don't know if that's a good thing...

But yeah, dr_st is right. Restarting DOTK7 over and over to perfect the opening combo, most of my thoughts were, "couldn't I be doing something better with my time? :oops2:"

With all that was said - I do feel that there is one more round of improvements of the R3 score in my future. When I get around to it.

R3 GBA is a very nice game. GBA limits and technical deficiencies aside - it flows well and has a good amount of unique / interesting content. Like characters and concepts that were scrapped from the mainline game. A bit like Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time for GBA, actually.

I use Visual Boy Advance for all my GBA games, and found it OK. What did you use?
