Maybe slightly more significant than the Podocrock...

Clue 1: This is not a very prominent enemy from Rayman 3
Clue 2: This enemy only appears in a single part of a single level
 
Neither, although the Armaguiddon's would have also work for the following clue. Although I consider them a more prominent enemy.

Celoche is more of a singular entity in my eyes.
