My apologies the content of my sig affected the quality of the sig.

@RF2K : 5/10, the effect looks terrible, and the supernova in the corner just looks....well bad as well.

Are you talking about the fellow in Serza's sig? 'cause he most certainly is from Pokemon.

And he did appear in the Pokemon anime, but I'm too lazy to find footage.

Go to your user panel control. Go to profile, then you will see a thing (I don't know what else to call it) that says "Edit Signature". Click on that and you just insert an image, or a block of text.

He is from Pokemon and the picture in the sig is taken from the anime. I don't believe this is my first sig with him though (And i'm not referring to the one I made before I re-vamped it to my current one).
