I seem to recall another scene in Hey Arnold that scared me as a kid, where one of the characters developed a germ-phobia and had a vision of giant germs?

The clip that most disturbed me from that show, was the nightmare that Courage had in the last episode of the series.

Oh shoot, I'd forgotten the "you're not perfect" one! 
I don't think I ever actually saw it on TV, but I saw it in a video review about… 10 years ago 
And wow, I only watched one minute of that claymation scene so far but it's quite creepy!
