I did say before RD that I disagree with enforcing the rule to always use pictures and that I like original ones better but I still havent seen Ad's answer to that. Either way, I think from time to time it should be used so I will use one now:

Not playing here, but I believe Ad made it compulsory after we began a push in advocating creativity in forum games.
 
He said he suggest it to be forced rule, I said I disagree and I am still waiting response from him.
