Aaannd... Dessy's post made me think that in fact I can't be present the 21th, because there is a sort of giant music festival in France.
 
Ah, LoveMetal, I never did extend my own congratulations on your well-earned position either, bit belated, but I insist on giving them.
 
The record is less and less likely to happen on June 21st.

Can everybody please let us know if they're available on July 26th, August 2nd, and if possible the other week-ends of August?
 
I'm really unsure for these dates, but even if I'll not be at home, I'll try to post some messages.
 
Don't bother about me, me and my family got some projects for July and August and the dates I leave home are not fixed yet.
 
So how are we going to resolve the date? Is it just going to be a majority thing?

As I said earlier, do you guys roll with a poll vote to help aid the decision?

Sometimes, but most of the time half the voters don't understand the question so we tend to avoid that.

Well some people would vote for their favourite date rather than for all the dates they were available on. After a couple rantings I decided to avoid such polls whenever possible.

Okay, well you've gotta go on what experience tells you!

Well you must be getting a general feeling that the original June date seems favourite so far

It just depends on what percentage you work on
 
I will be available from the 26th of June until the first half of August :)
Also, the 26th of July is my birthday! I seem to remember we've had a record day on my birthday before, but I don't remember what year it was. :P

Well, how awesome would that be, to have Record Day on your birthday? :)
 
I think it'd be a bad day to have it on because you'd most likely have to be away from the RPC because of your birthday arrangements!
 
I agree with Roles.
As for me, if Hunch really prefers it not to be in August after RPC's birthday, I of course respect that and wont beg him to change but 3000+ posts I would possibly make would be lost.

Actually, on days like that, I much prefer to just relax at home on the internet - including RPC - and play some games if I get bored. :)
