How long does ^ have until ^ can can drive?

< is on step 2 of 4 to getting <'s full licence. ICBC (Insurance Corporation of British Columbia; the driver's licence enforcement) is supposedly one of the most difficult in the world. On average it takes about three to five years to obtain your full licence from starting. < has been going through the steps now for a year and a half.
 
< already has been having driving classes for a while, but since < already completed the theorical exam and got approved, < can exclusively do the driving lessons now
< isn't sure when < can finish but < is trying to get the driving exam at January
 
< Is found the NES color palletes from the japanese website...
< Has a really a desire to translate japanese captions in english captions like Vanilla's pictures...
 
< Computer has been fixed, it's power source had burnt out but it has been replaced!
< can now play his PC games again and browse the net without the slow loading times of the wii opera browser.
< has made a sig for Halloween, though its essentially <'s old one but the text's in orange. There's also a hidden message in it, it may be obvious depending on the background shade that accompanies this post, but the first to spot it and tell < what it says gets all <'s tings. once its visible it shouldn't be too hard to spot though.

< Is thought when Winx 5th Season was now on RAI 2 in Italian, today has the another Winx 5th Season episode. It hasn't seen the new transformation scene with Harmonix music and new character's voice like in the 4th season (expect Roxy's voice)
< Is going to see what Luna Starman has uploaded and has updated...
 
< Was failed to see Luna Starman's 20th birthday...
< Was stopped because my mom was angry by crying myself, firstly i was a desire to go to school but it was late after having a dream at morning.
 
< Is looking forward to Season 3 of MLP: FiM coming out November 10th!
< Is annoyed because it's snowing outside. IN OCTOBER.
< Dislikes snow. Snow hinders communications, mobility and plans.
