This is a tie breaker vote, everyone is allowed to vote for one of the above to break the tie, if I'm understanding Serza correctly. Hence why myself and Plum have voted again, It's for the above tie breaker.

May I ask you how to use a special rank? I looked all over the UCP, and found no information.
 
You can't set special ranks yourself, so you got to find the rank you want to use and PM Hunch asking if you can have it as your rank.

It's also worth noting that special ranks only last for a month so you'll go back to regular ranks once the time is up.
 
What? I lost with no votes again? I am Pissed off with everyone I have lost twice without getting a single vote? That's it. :grrr: :pascontent:
