Rayman Glitches

You need to change sound plugin on ePSXe in order to stop lagging when you record. Eternal SPU Plugin 1.41 is best.
 
It was more like the whole game that was lagging but i'll remember that if I ever go back to ePSXe. :P
 
Why not try out pSX ? It's simple, you don't plugins and etc. and also works with almost all PS1 games very well.

I used it most of the time, until Jap Rayman 1.
 
For me it does the same thing as with ePSXe, I had to go down to PSXeven. I think they got problems with windows 8, because they all work good on vista and 7. Bah, PSXeven works good and im happy with it. I never really care for how a game looks, the gameplay and story are more important for me. :P
 
I find that DOSbox often makes Rayman too slow or fast. I recorded a video of it and posted it on YouTube. I think someone told me how to fix it, I'll have to look back at that.

You have to adjust the cycles. Ctrl + F11 to slow it down and ctrl + F12 to speed it up.

:hinhin: i start to wonder if I am the only one who knows how to increase cycles to the max without making the gameplay too fast. The result is a wonderful true native gameplay and menu speed and a fluent intro clip.
 
Discovered this bug some weeks ago on my xbox. Apparently happens in the HD and PC version too. I found it kinda funny.

Also found this over a month ago on youtube, I just never thought of it again until now.
 
An Action Replay is a cheat system much like the codebreaker. No difference really, except the codes.
 
You can also just take out the executable file from ISO put that on USB stick and launch it directly from µLaunchELF or FMCB. But I burned it on DVD because I have modchip and give a shit about FMCB.
 
I found 2 In the DSiware version of Rayman 1
The first one is in band land (I think its in allgero presto or bongo hills) when you ride the maraca rocket next to the fly, keep flying up and there will be a weird death glitch!

The second is on the final boss, at the first part when your trying to get your fist, enter the "all powers" code, now punch, the fist will glitch, when dr.dark is done teasing you, try and live to the part when mr.dark says "you're doomed rayman", the flames will disappear and the fight will stop, leaving you with mr.dark, who does nothing, though touching him will hurt you.

I also found another in Rayman 3D, goto the secret room in "the tomb of anicents" (this room is only accesible in the DC and 3DS versions of rayman 2) then when you reach the net, keep running into the right of the net, you should go through it, now heli-copter hair your way to the guitar man and the globox's and PARTY WITH THEM!

Download and Install Rayman Mega Patch and check the configuration file located in C:\Windows\UbiSoft You can change it to Max if you're PC will hold the power.
