A question about the final bosses

I wondered about something today. Why do the final bosses never fight themselves? They always use something else to fight, but when I think about the version which I know (which are 1, 2 and 3) the final bosses never fight themselves....

Not a bad question. I think it'll be epic if all bosses of Rayman 2 would fight each other.

I think that my post can be understood in multiple ways. I didn't mean having the bosses fighting against eachother but the fact that all the final enemies use other beings or things to fight. This happens with the most evil character in Rayman 1, 2 and 3. Why aren't there final evil characters who also fight themselves instead of using a robot like in Rayman 2 or using a lot of bosses like in Rayman 1?

Well, you fight Reflux, don't you? Then again, André technically is the villain, and Reflux is basically his Grolgoth.

Almost everything tends to indicate that you fight Mr Dark at the end of the original game: he's just transforming into mixtures of the previous bosses.

I don't believe in shape shifting theory. Just saying.
I like Sergio's idea (surprisingly that is only thing me and him ever agreed about)
The thing that Sergio suggested to be written on RayWiki does sound better to me than what is currently written.

Unfortunately every fact seems to support the other theory, if not invalidate yours. This is the reason such a consensus was reached on RayWiki.
