Hello, I ripped the music Tonic Trouble, I wonder if you could tell me how to upload Raytunes, thank you in advance! =)

Inco you listed the entire member list whom starts with "D".
As for your question Kevin members can't upload playlists themselves.
Drolpiraat is the guy who runs Raytunes and the one you need to ask about uploading tracks.
Also for the record this stuff belongs in the "Raytunes" subforum in the "Pirate-Community websites" forum, not Off Topic.
