Re: Deal? Or No Deal?
I have no idea what it is, but I suppose it's well-known in England. Explain me what it consists in if you want

Re: Deal? Or No Deal?
It's more popular in America. It is in England though. It's a game show, and It's quite complicated. I'll find a website about it.

Re: Deal? Or No Deal?
I like the england version better because One person is picked at random out of several and the people left behind actually want the person to win its cool!
Re: Deal? Or No Deal?
Who actually invented it?
Re: Deal? Or No Deal?
America i think
Re: Deal? Or No Deal?
I would love to know who the banker is.
Re: Deal? Or No Deal?
There isn't a banker. Noel Edmonds (English presenter) makes up the deals
Re: Deal? Or No Deal?
I know, but there is someone else on the other end of the line. sometimes the contestants speak to him.
Re: Deal? Or No Deal?
Then they must be faking. Check the end credits.
Re: Deal? Or No Deal?
Yeah, I know. It says The banker as himself, but they can't be faking it. I have heard the bankers vioce on it before, well, his laugh anyway.
Re: Deal? Or No Deal?
But some times what he says is unrealistic the host i mean it doesn't sound like its coming from the phone at all.
Re: Deal? Or No Deal?
Well, we'll never know
Re: Deal? Or No Deal?
Think about it. The phone always rings when Noel has finished talking to the contestant. Noel always repeats what the banker (apparently) says. Noel always looks up at the board while on the phone.
Just little things that add up to make a theory.

Re: Deal? Or No Deal?
The banker speaks, but noel makes up the offers.
Re: Deal? Or No Deal?
Then what's the point in anyone talking at all?
Re: Deal? Or No Deal?
I think he tells Noel what he think of the player and all that. I think it adds a little bit of comedy to the show as well.
Re: Deal? Or No Deal?
In the American version there is a real banker who sits in a red booth and watches the show then makes the phone ring and the offers.
