Matches took place in a large arena divided into a 15x15 grid of squares. The goal was to be the last player standing by dodging hazards and eliminating opponents. Players started with three [[heart]]s and could take damage from pitfalls, thorn bushes, and projectiles crossing the arena horizontally or vertically. The arena also shrank at regular intervals, damaging players caught on the outer edges and forcing them to respawn. Other hazards included static obstacles that blocked movement and plants that temporarily immobilized players.

Various power-ups could be found in the arena, such as [[heart]]s that restored health, shields that provided temporary protection, and boxing gloves that allowed players to push opponents over the edge of the grid. [[Lum (UbiArt games)|Lums]] served as the in-game currency and could be collected to unlock more [[Incrediball]]s.
