::Well, I always thought that the caterpillars were nightmares, because they appear in the Cave of Bad Dreams, where the creatures born from the bad dreams of Polokus are locked up. Okay, they are present in other levels, but we can explain it. When the Heart of the World has been destroyed, the balance of the Glade of Dreams was so disrupted that the caterpillars and other nightmares, like Jumping eyes and Mini-Jano, have manage to escape from the Cave of Bad Dreams, and then proliferated in the Glade of Dreams.

:The Darktoons were born from Jano, who is a nightmare of Polokus. So I think they can be classified as nightmares too, because they were created by a nightmare.

:For the Psychlops, yes, it was a speculation. I thought that they were nightmares because they were locked up with the Darktoons in the Land of the Livid Dead.

:But I have maybe a piece of evidence for the Darktoons and the Psychlops. In the manual of Rayman Origins, it is written: “Rayman has had to beat back the creatures of Bubble Dreamer’s nightmares before, and that’s what he, Globox, and the crafty Teensy casters are going to do again”. This sentence implies that many of the enemies in Rayman Origins are nightmares of Polokus, no?

:You speak about Razorbeard. He wasn't created by a dream of Polokus. He and his Pirates come from space, from another galaxy, it's written in many texts.

:And for the piranhas, we know that they weren’t created by Polokus. In Rayman 2: The Great Escape: The Official Guide (and maybe in the manual of Rayman 2), it is written that the piranhas were originally fishes, transformed into dangerous piranhas by the ecologic imbalance in Rayman 2 (and the disappearance of the Great Protoon in the first Rayman, probably). So they are mutant animals, like Zombie Chickens, who were born from eggs of scared chickens. -- Boomboleros7 02:36, 14 June 2012 (CEST)

:::Both Spiral and Boomboleros have points, but I would like to point something about your before-last paragraph, Boomboleros. It is probable that nearly everything in the universe was created by Polokus, but it is only a speculation based up in the context of the Knowledge of the World from R2TGE. Before everything, there were Lums, and Lums joined into thought to create Polokus. Polokus started to dream to create living beings, aswell having nightmares to create horrendous living beings. It is true there aren't evidences about the origin of the Robo-Pirates, but it is only a speculation we can do since nothing is proven, and the Knowledge of the World's informations aren't quite objective. I still think that for the creatures we are sure, a category of nightmares could be integrated in the correspondent articles. --Haruka 15:40, 14 June 2012 (CEST)

:::Caterpillars escaping from the Cave of Bad Dreams due to the destruction of the Heart is speculation.
:::The Darktoons are the offspring of a nightmare, but stating that they are themselves nightmares is speculation.
:::The idea that all the inhabitants of the Land of the Livid Dead are nightmares is speculation.
:::That line from the manual suggests that some (or all) of the Rayman Origins enemies are nightmares, but it implies that the same holds true for the enemies of R1, R2 and R3, and doesn't name any specific enemies at all. Not very helpful.
:::As Haruka said, it's not clear whether Polokus created the world or the universe, so the Robo-Pirates could easily be nightmares as well.
:::I think remember the R2 manual stating that the piranhas began to 'proliferate', but I don't recall anything about different types of fish morphing into piranhas. Is this from a translation?
:::As you can see, the number of creatures confirmed to be nightmares is close to zero. Including anything but Jano in such a category would require theorising and speculation, and the wiki isn't the place for that. —Spiraldoor 17:57, 14 June 2012 (CEST)
