I don't think the bonus level can be considered an actual place (it's just a minigame) and therefore it might be best not to have it in the template. So I've noticed we have articles for the sub-areas in each of the Revolution Hubs. (For instance, we have the main [[Minisaurus Plain]] article, but we also have articles for areas in the Minisaurus Plain hub area, such as [[The Marshlands]], [[The East Plain]] and [[The Pier]]. I noticed the [[Template:Rayman 2|Rayman 2 all-encompassing template]] does list the sub-areas following the main hub areas.
