The way they talk is similiar to the way steroetypical Jamaicans speak, usually adding 'mon' on the end of their phrases, such as 'I have to go finish inventing chocolate toothpaste, mon'.
Originally from the location of the [[Hoodlum Headquarters]], they were chased from their homes as the [[Hoodlum]]s built their factory. In the game, they are only encountered inside [[cage]]s in [[the Tower of the Leptys]].
