In the Mushroom Kingdom, Mario and his friends are sucked into a vortex and encounter the [[Rabbid]]s. They team up with [[Rabbid Peach]], Rabbid Luigi, and others to fight against strange enemy creatures formed by the fusion, with the help of weapons sent to Beep-0 by someone called "F.B.". They also befriend a [[Rabbid]] called Spawny, who has powerful abilities.

As they travel through different areas, they discover a growing threat called the Megabug, which is linked to the fusion phenomenon. Bowser Jr. tries to take advantage of Spawny's powers but ends up causing more chaos. Mario's team faces various challenges, including battling a giant [[Rabbid]] resembling Donkey Kong and confronting Bowser Jr.'s Mecha Jr.

As they travel through different areas, they discover a growing threat called the Megabug, which is linked to the fusion phenomenon.
