After the hoodlums are beaten, Rayman continues onwards, however, Globox refuses to go as he has grown wary of Teensie doctors after suffering at the hands of Otto. However, more hoodlums arrive, and Globox follows Rayman out of fear.

In the game Hoodlum's Revenge, a GBA sequal to Rayman 3, Romeo makes a very breif appearance, the only one of the three doctor's to do so. He first appears to Rayman near the begining of the game, and explains to Rayman that Globox has been thrown into jail, although has no idea why. Curiously, Rayman does not appear to recognise him here, despite very obvious interaction in Rayman 3. Also, Romeo gives his name as "Doc" not Romeo. Nevertheless, he appears again a few levels later, where he gives Rayman a boat with which to travel through a swamp. He does not reappear, and this is his latest appearance to date. He is mentioned once more in Hoodlum's Revenge however, when Rayman and Globox question how to escape from Begonix's swamp. Andre, possessing Globox, threatens to push Rayman "off the dock" which causes Rayman to think "Doc" and go in search of a boat.
