:::::Yep, I'm definitely sure that the name of the shrimpy thing is Murray ([[Murray of the Deep]]) and the mini ones are mini-Murrays ([[Beware of Mini-Murray]]). Guys, good news, I finally discovered the name of the boss. He's just refered as "The Dragon Chef". How do I know it? well: the soundtrack. There is a song called "The Dragon Chef's belly", and it's exactly the same song that we hear when we are fighting this boss.
