Okay, I'm back. I seriously can't agree with the direction that this article is taking. Since the Magician has been proven to be something different from Mr Dark, the previous discussion is irrelevant at this point. We can still suggest this Hybrid-vs-Transformation as a very valid theory, but not just state it like it's obvious, because it isn't. There's a health bar that could simply mean Mr Dark's resources, even if previous bosses had a health bar. There's still no explanation to the two Moskito Mammas, and talking about clonation would be going way too far into speculation. So far, opinions about this have been divided in RPC, so I suggest to change the explanation of the boss battle into something more concrete, and then comment that the Atari Jaguar version suggests that those hybrids were in fact Mr Dark himself.
