As explained [http://raymanpc.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=4772&p=891416#p891416 here], while the look of it is dubious it doesn't make any sense for that enemy to be armed with a sausage in the Sweets world, while a rolling pin perfectly fits the character and the environment. Why would the developers give that clown a sausage? Could as well be a fish or anything unrelated.
