'''Small spiders''' are enemy creatures which appear in the [[Rayman (series)|''Rayman'' series]], most notably in ''[[Rayman 2: The Great Escape]]''. Unlike their [[spider|giant counterparts]], small spiders are very weak and can be defeated in a single hit from [[Rayman]]'s [[magic fist]]. However, they can still pose a problem to the hero, as they move quickly and can be difficult to spot. In ''Rayman 2'', small spiders are mostly found in [[the Sanctuary of Stone and Fire]] and the [[Tomb of the Ancients]]. In [[Rayman Raving Rabbids (Game Boy Advance)|the Game Boy Advance adaptation of ''Rayman Raving Rabbids'']], small spiders can be found in the levels of the [[Dark (world)|Dark world]]. These spiders are harmless; they do not attack Rayman, and act only as background elements, like the [[bat]]s in ''Rayman 2'' and the [[rat]]s in ''[[Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc|Rayman 3]]''.
