As you play the level of the summit beyond the clouds where the hoodloon is seen, you can see that the hoodloon is not wearing a metal helmet and different colours to that of the Kagouflap. so could the two picturs be switched?

::::: After noticing my question to Sansebas had been in my outbox for a year, I sent him an email instead and got a reply straight away:

::::: “''That's a LONG time ago, I'm not even sure if I wrote that. All I can remember is that you see a red arrow indicating you can shoot the flying hoodlum althought I never succeeded in it. I'm not even sure of this anymore since it's such a long time ago since I've played Rayman3. Best thing to do for you is replay the level with the hoodloon and see if you can get that marker (red arrow) on him and try to shoot him.''”

::::: Unfortunately, this isn't helping much. I suggest as many of us as possible replay the level and try to get that red circle and hit the hoodloon.
