Along with [[Uglette]], [[Tarayzan]], and other characters, he was intended to be playable, but didn't make any appearance in the final version of the game. He was supposed to be [[Teensette]]'s male counterpart or husband (as at the same time, Teensette was intended to be a queen) and as his ice-themed clothes suggest, a possible ruler amongst the creatures from the [[Frosty Delights]] at the [[Gourmand Land]], in a similar way to the Fire Teensy, who acts as the ruler of the [[Infernal Kitchen]]. He wears a pink shirt with sparkly patterns, a light-cyan coat with snowflake-themed patterns and a pink crown. His most notable feature is his thin moustache, which makes him the only Teensy in the entire [[Rayman series]] to have facial hair. His backstory and other purposes in the game are hold unknown, and like the Fire Teensy's case, it's unknown if he's an updated version of one of the members of the [[Grand Minimus]] or ~~just a regular~~ [[Crowned ~~Teensy~~]].
