This level contains the first boss of this game, the [[Guardian of the Music World]] (also called Boss Bird), a gigantic yellow bird guarding the entrance to the Desert of Dijieridoos which is defeated by shooting it mutiple times. On an early sketch, this level was supposed to have [[Hunter Bird]]s as enemies; however, the concept was scrapped.

Shortly into this level, [[Rayman]] rides on the [[mosquito]], and they fly high over the jungle and must deal with smaller flies and ~~larger~~ [[fly|~~Flies~~]]. A bit farther into the level, they enter a cave and must deal with [[hunter|Hunters]] shooting missiles and [[lividstone|Lividstones]]. After a little bit, they leave the cave and must then also face homing missiles.

After defeating it, Rayman can get off the mosquito, go through a door, and break an [[Electoon]] [[cage]] to exit the level.
