"On and on" is a single-playing level in the bonus league. It is the last level where completing it, you have finished the game.
When playing as your character, you are running in reverse towards the screen, so that you cannot see where you are running. There is also a giant wall coming up behind you, to make you run faster. If you hit it, it's game over.
