Jibberish Jungle: Difference between revisions

The '''Jibberish Jungle''', later revisited as the '''Ticklish Temples''', is the first world in ''[[Rayman Origins]]''. This world has many elements in terms of graphics, notable characters, and enemies that closely resemble [[The Dream Forest]], a world from [[Rayman 1|''the original Rayman game]].

Upon entering the Jibberish Jungle, [[Rayman]] and friends discover that [[Betilla]] the fairy has been captured by a [[Darktoon]], and chase it in pursuit. They soon catch up and bubblize the [[Darktoon]], freeing [[Betilla]]. This is when [[Betilla]] gives [[Rayman]] back his ability to punch. This event is a duplicated one in the [[Rayman series]] because [[Betilla]] gave [[Rayman]] the power to punch in the first world of the [[Rayman 1|original game]] as well, [[The Dream Forest]]. They all travel across various forest elements and jungle locations, including [[Tentacle Claw]] infested water, rainy atmosphere, opened and closed geysers, and grassy caves. They also meet various creatures including [[Lum (Rayman Origins)|Lums]], [[Swingman|Swingmen]], and [[Platformman|Platformmen]], all of whom help reach [[Rayman]] free the [[Electoon]]s and reach the next world, the [[Desert of Dijiridoos]]. Before entering the second world, the boss that faces the hero's way is a less dangerous, differently colored version of the [[Mocking Bird]], called the [[Guardian of the Music World]]. This boss is found in [[Hi-Ho Moskito!]]

Later [[Rayman]] must return to find one of four missing kings, this time entering deep into the woods in a place called the Ticklish Temples. This area is filled with many thick trees and caves, and is much more dangerous than previous worlds, requiring all of of his skills to be used. Eventually the crew falls down a deep pit and encounter [[Carnivora]], a monstrous [[Daisy]] who chases them into a small area to fight them in. After three blows [[Carnivora]] reverts back into its benevolent form and congratulates the heroes on their success.

Jibberish Jungle, along with the other ''Origins'' worlds, make a return in [[Rayman Legends]]. In order to unlock it and the other worlds, the player will have to collect Lucky Tickets throughout Legends. Once a ticket contains enough paintings, the first level [[Geyser Blast]], will be unlocked, and the world's lock will break, therefore allowing the player to play the level. The ticket results are random, so not every ticket will garner an ''Origins'' painting, and the levels that will get unlocked will not be in order. The levels from Jibberish Jungle and Ticklish Temples fuse together into one world. Not every level from those two worlds appear here.
