Who I am
Hi visitor! My real name is Omar and I live in Germany. You may notice that my english is not the best, but I hope that I'll become better :) .
My Childhood and Rayman
In late 2000-2001 (aged dunno 4 or 3?) My father bought a PC with good old Windows 98 and with several games. Rayman 1 being one of them. It made me a lot of fun but also really angry because it was a bit too dificult. I don't really know what happened with the disc there, but my mom told me that I got enraged and destroyed the disc myself, but I really don't remember that happened. Anyway, time passed and the PS2 came, with it Ratchet and Clank, Sly, Jack and some more awsome PS2 titles. I rediscovered Rayman 1 for PS1 in the fleahmarket so I bought it right away and finally beated it for the first time with age of dunno 6 or 7 ?
Today and Rayman
Today, I am still sticking with Rayman 1. I was aware that Rayman 1 doesn't work on newer PC Systems but I never really wanted to give it up, so I developed a Rayman Patch, which is being considered as the best Rayman 1 patch yet available. Yes I do also enjoy the new Rayman titles such as Rayman Origins or Legends but it doesn't have that effect to keep me still playing. Rayman 2 and Rayman 3 were awsome as well, but Rayman 1 will be my only true favourite of this franchise!
