Slapdash
These little hoodlums are probably (apart from the grims) the weakest in the game. One normal punch will take care of them and can usualy be found in groups.
They are considerably smaller than the other hoodlums and wear red cloaks. They have a boxing glove on a stick which they will either fire at you or hit you with it.
