An early version of a Lavomatrix.

Lavomatrixes, also known as Lavicrafts and Agitators are a pair of old washing machines piloted by housewives under 50 years of age. They always attack in pairs. They will attack by either shooting lasers at Rayman or one will lift Rayman up and move him towards the other Lavomatrix's flamethrowers. They are larger than the Hoodstormers and are much more powerful and tough. The first pair were found in The Desert of the Knaaren. Despite being housewives, the Lavomatrixes still release Black Lums, though why they do so is unknown.
