Record Day is in celebration of PC's upcoming birthdays, as such, the higher-ups allow for mass-posting, Members have a counter and are encouraged to post as much as possible.
Of course, there were still some rules in effect, certain topics were locked during the day, and double-posting was still not allowed.
People usually make topics like these for Record Day, and then they usually hibernate until the next year, however, it appears this topic isn't following that procedure...
