Because change.org has proved itself to always be such a useful tool. The Justin Carter petition had over 200,000 signatures and nobody gave a shit. Iwata has already replied to the issue and that's that. If you're already aware nothing will change then I'm not sure why you'd continue to "protest"

I am never gonna buy brand new Nintendo game from store until they do not get rid of Region Locking. Right now, they do not deserve my money, so that is why I am always buying used versions.

Nintendo is well known for being pussies about ratings. I love the company, but they just want avoid at all coast to become a controversial company in America. That's why they didn't want to publish Binding of Isaac on Wii. If that's not the only possible reason, which one is? do they win something with Region Lock?

Because there hasn't been any way to crack the 3ds yet, you dummy. As far as I know, only DS games can be pirated on the 3ds.

You know? the reason why I won't buy an Xbox One isn't the fact that "they betrayed their fans". It's the fact that it's not an impressive console (at least for me), it's very expensive, and the fact that even despite the new fix in which kinect isn't forced, the bundle still includes it. Don't make your purchases a personal attack against a company. Trust me, you'll just just look immature and Nintendo will probably not even care.

Ok, you said some things that are true, however there is way to crack 3DS. Just search GateWay 3DS. It is a brand new flashcard that plays 3DS roms, and the only thing Nintendo can do is make update that will make flashcard unplayable. They can't kill whole 3DS System. As for region locking they could have at least done it like Microsoft (Microsoft is American company so they know American ratings best). Microsoft let developers choose for each game do they want it Region Free or locked on Xbox 360.
As for Wii U, there is a chance I might buy it once but it will most likely be Japanese version.

Go change your entire region lock system because we're being wankers! Suck my dick!" does not change anything, nor is it ever going to do so in the future. Being against region lock means you want to import games. If you wanna important from Japan because the game isn't available in the western region then most likely your looking for an obscure RPG. It's not like someone walks into a store and is limited to just a few choices because all the good games aren't in their region. And hell, there's still a bunch of those games that do get localised. If a Japanese company is willing to make a game knowing that their game will only be sold in Japan, then most likely they aren't being set back by the lock.

And hell, how easy would it be to start getting games for cheap prices? I could start ordering them from eBay for half the price and pay in US dollars which make it even cheaper for me. Goodbye full price games, I'll be getting my games from eBay for this entire generation.

Removing region lock would come with many problems. Content rating, advertising, release dates. It's not that easy, and expecting them to take care of that, resulting in them loosing money trough sites like eBay, just to make a couple of people happy, is not worth it.

Just giving my honest opinion on what you said:
This just makes Nintendo look as money hungry company because I don't see that Region Free ruined sales for Sony and Microsoft. Sure the group of us import gamers buy imports on ebay but thats about it. Both of Sony and Microsoft still are very rich companies. Point is that se are not in 80's anymore and Nintendo should stop living in past and should start to accept the idea of worldwide globalization for gaming because it is about time they move on. Oh and NDS was Region Free and I did not see that fact that it was region free killed sales of games. Heck, having Region free console can get better sales of console itself because people who import games will then be able to buy console without waiting to mod it. Also, remember that what I said here is my opinion on whole region lock situation, and if anyone disagrees I will respect that.

That is true. I have to agree that they do localize games a lot more then Sony. They even did offered to help small Japanese developers in making games worldwide. Too bad some of them still do not want their games worldwide. Taiko no Tatsujin series is great example.

... Like every company ever? A lot of their games are art, that's no doubt, but they don't make them just for the sake of giving you the best childhood. They all have families to feed, they need to survive in the market, and right now, they have all the right to be money-hungry... (especially because they urgently need to sell some hardware).

It's fun how uninformed you are about Sony's current situation in terms of sales. Even Crossbuy is ruining Sony economically. They are in a terrible situation in which PS4 will barely save them.

Sony being in terrible situation has nothing to do with Region Free or Region Locking. It is because of US dollar rising since Sony agreed to pay suppliers in U.S. currency to reduce costs as it made plans to challenge Microsoft in the U.S. video-market. What I said in my post is that Region Locking did not hurt Sony because it really did not. It's Sony's fault for agreeing to pay in U.S currency. As for Microsoft, I must admit you are 100% right. Xbox 360 failed in Japan so there are not that many exclusives that interest me. Some games like No More Heroes and Cross Edge are maybe only released on 360 in Japan but those games were on other consoles in Europe and in America so it's not problem. But think about this. PAL and NTSC/UC are two different regions. What if I am in country that uses different region and has some game in store for sale with good price? Thats why I like Microsoft for being Region Free. Importing games does not have to be done from Japan exclusively. For Xbox 360 in my opinion, Best thing is to buy NTSC/UC. It has everything like PAL version, plus it is faster because let's face it. NTSC format no matter if from America or Japan is much superior to PAL. Many PAL games do not support 60fps and gameplay is slower. I don't like that.
