Got the update, but that didn't do nothing.

Also, no it's not lag because it doesn't connect to a game.
It seems you're quick to assume it's lag as well.
 
Well my first online match was supposed to be 3 minutes. Thanks to lag, it was 15.

It starts to feel constraining when about 7 friends already bought the game and you are the only one that didn't. I really need some luck in case I want to have it for Xmas.
 
Hmm.. makes me think, if the internal software is not owned by us but just licensed, hacking that content might causes a violaion to the agreement. So hacking Wii U systems is no longer legal, I see?
 
Probably a way to get around hacking in the first place, Ninty's never been fond of homebrew.

I don't honestly give two fucks if it is legal or not, when region free hack gets made, I am hacking mine.
 
I have no intentions of ever hacking my Wii U, but I remember hacking my original Wii and it was like a whole new console, holy shit.
If anything, the best time to hack consoles is when Nintendo stops supporting that console, then you can hack away with no problems.

Only reason why I hacked my Wii back in the day was to get the SNES emulator and NES emulator on it, so I would be charged 7 bucks per fucking SNES game, seriously Nintendo. :roll:
 
Eh, hacking shmacking. I wouldn't want to mess up my console if something went wrong when in the process.

Modchiping is outdated and opening system can be risky so I dislike that too. Softmodding and homebrew is what it is all about for today's and previous generation of consoles 8)
So many good stuff can be done with it.

VC pricing is horrible and is a reason why will I always prefer to physically get game.

Which I also find somehow ridiculous. This is one of the reasons why I did not like a lot the 3DS Ambassador promotion because those 20 retro games (to underline, that are not even retail copies) aren't worth the price cut they did back to the 3DS console. It have been more fair for me and other people to have refunded with eShop balance and making us able to spend it in the games we really want. 5,00€ for Balloon Fighter for NES? Really?

At least I got MK64 and Paper Mario for free in my Wii thanks to the Wii Ambassador promotion (I made 4 Wiis go online for the first time so I got 2000 points as a reward).
 
Oh, I see. It was really nice way to earn points. They should do similar thing for Wii U.
 
I have Bayonetta 2 pre-ordered! So excited for this Friday. Some mod add it to my list please. ^^

So... does Nintendo know there's this thing that exists called Emulators? Just buy original copies, it's not worth paying for an overpriced rom.
 
Yeah. Not to mention that Emulators are fully legal if you own original copies.
