I had culture day at school today, so we spent the afternoon learning about other cultures and doing crafts based on another continent. Though I’m mildly annoyed how I forgot how I had money on me, so I was annoyed that I “hadn’t bought any” whilst looking through the foreign markets (I wanted to buy some Timbits from the Canada stall) :boon:
 
I believe Donut Holes are the type of food that Timbits is- that’s like saying KFC is just called chicken anywhere it isn’t sold.

Also off topic but i WISH there was a way of just muting threads, like just making it disapear off my board.
 
Politics. Like I said my great great grandpa was a prime minister so I all I hear is “are you running for prime minister?” while I’m like 16, and I feel pressured to become a prime minister because of everyone telling me how I would run the country better then my GG grandpa ever did!
 
But yeah, I’m tired of just politics being everywhere… except for in my favourite comic Spy Vs Spy because that comic is just inherently political but in a way that’s not too in your face
 
Looks like someone is making Tralalero Tralala games for PlayStation :boon:

When I first heard that on the news, I wondered if it was that ionospheric EMP I've been dreading for the last three years, albeit confined to a certain region – but it's not! :fou: In fact, judging from the Wikipedia talk page that hypothesis is probably hogwash, and seems to have originated from that very Sky News article! :mefiant:

So it seems the root cause is unknown for now, but these things are usually a case of a few unfortunate things lining up together, then something trips, then everything else is more loaded so something else trips, then bang, bang, bang. It happens. But unlikely to happen again soon, hopefully!

Yesterday I fell into a rabbit hole of watching these kinds of videos:
Then this happens at a much more enormous scale! :fou: Also I watched Heartbeat tonight and coincidentally the episode they showed involved a power cut! :fou:

I mean, it’s releasing in May, so they have an entire month to develop it. I’m gonna play it just for laughs though :lol:
 
Oh boy! Don’t get caught! Today I’m bringing 2 laptops to school since my main one won’t connect to the internet for… some reason? (Works fine everywhere else)
