But then again, you can do it the efficient way and generate tings out of thin air as a moderator/admin. So you create a new account and give it 2³¹ tings, and let's assume you do it every minute. Then you're generating 128849018880 tings an hour at an hourly wage of 0.47 euro. So 1 euro is actually worth over 274 billion tings.

Now that's hardly comparing like for like is it? The only people authorized to do that with euros work at the ECB and surely make way more than minimum wage.

Yeah, that's true. It also destroys the whole ting economy, which is no bueno.

I'm not totally opposed to the idea of basing Xenon's (totally reasonable) payment plan on this though. We just need to find out how much people at the ECB earn and work from there!
